Cancellation and Refunds

Golden Lodge's Clear and Fair Cancellation Policy: Book with Confidence knowing that cancellations made more than three days before your booking date are refundable. Our policy provides transparency and fairness, making your booking experience worry-free.

1. Cancellation Notice Period: Guests must notify Golden Lodge of any cancellation at least three days (72 hours) prior to their scheduled check-in date. This notification must be made in writing, either via email or through our official website, and must be acknowledged by the hotel to be considered valid.

2. Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made within three days (72 hours) of the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes no-shows, early departures, or any reduction in the number of nights stay.

3. Refund Eligibility for Timely Cancellations: For cancellations made more than three days prior to the scheduled check-in date, guests will be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the charge of one night’s stay. The remaining amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 14 business days.

4. Force Majeure: Golden Lodge is not liable for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly caused by or in consequence of any conditions beyond human control, including, but not limited to, government actions, war, civil disturbances, acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen personal events. No refund will be provided in these cases.

5. Modification of Booking: Any request to modify a booking, such as changing dates or type of room, will be subject to availability and rate differences. Modifications must be made more than three days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

6. Legal Compliance: This policy is compliant with the applicable laws of India. In case of any disputes, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, India.

7. Policy Acknowledgment: By making a reservation at Golden Lodge, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this cancellation and refund policy.
